Warranty Coverage

At No Cap Finds Daily, we carefully curate products from a variety of trusted suppliers and brands.

Unless explicitly stated on a product page, products sold through our store do not include a manufacturer warranty or extended warranty coverage.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect compared to the item ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

 

What Is Not Covered

This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after use
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference
  • Products damaged by improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance

 

Product-Specific Warranties

If a product includes additional warranty coverage, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

In such cases, the warranty terms specified on the product page will apply.
