Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our fulfilment facility.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled directly.
If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may be eligible to return it after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch will simply be cancelled without any charges.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at our discretion.
Modification of Orders
If you need to update your shipping address, contact details, or order information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
