Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and components are included
- The product is returned in a resellable condition
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used personal care products
- Opened beauty and skincare products
- Intimate apparel
- Consumable products
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Different from the item ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back using a reliable and trackable courier service
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The product arrived defective
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Customers may be asked to provide account details to facilitate the refund.
Refunds Not Eligible
Refunds may be denied if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The product is returned damaged due to customer handling
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- The return request falls outside the return window
- The product was purchased during a final sale or marked non-returnable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
